Buying from Inedita

You can use your credit card or Paypal to make purchases from INEDITA. If you have problems using a credit card, contact us and let us know. We’ll offer you an alternative method, if we can.

Secure transactions	INEDITA uses the latest encryption technology to keep your credit card information safe. All our Internet sales are processed through Banca Sella, via an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer – the Internet standard for secure transactions) connection system.
	This system means that nobody at INEDITA can trace your credit card number. Instead, you send your credit card information directly and exclusively to the payment page at Banca Sella via SSL connection. Banca Sella then lets us know immediately whether or not the transaction has been successful.

Privacy

INEDITA adheres to the principal international conventions on the right to privacy. Your name, address, e-mail address and personal details will not be divulged to anybody else, but will be used by INEDITA exclusively for internal communications with its own clients and for the purposes of mailing your order to you. However, we do have to cooperate fully should a situation arise in which we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

How to order	The first-time you make a purchase from INEDITA via Internet, you will have to register by opening an account. When you make your first Internet order, a form will appear on your computer screen asking for your personal details, name, surname, address and e-mail address. You will also be asked to insert a user ID and a password. For subsequent Internet orders, all you have to do is insert your user ID and password into the relevant boxes on the screen.

	The shopping cart icon will stay on your screen all the time that you are on theINEDITA site, reminding you of how much you have spent so far. The currency used is the Euro.
	By clicking on the “Add to cart” command, your selected CD will automatically be added to the shopping cart, which will then immediately indicate the total amount spent so far. You can add to, subtract from or otherwise change your order at any time. Whenever you want to do so (for example by ordering more than one copy of a CD), click on the “Update cart” command to change the order and see the new total spent.

Delivery costs and methods	Delivery options and costs will be displayed via the shopping cart icon once you have entered your account details (or opened a new account). The delivery options that are available – as well as the costs of delivery – depend on the destination and the size of the order.
	When you’ve completed your order you can calculate the delivery costs by clicking on the “Shipping calculation” command which will allow you to see the prices and, usually, to choose between priority post and international express courier.
	We would like you to know that INEDITAa does not charge its clients the full costs of delivery, but asks for a contribution, making up the difference itself. Therefore, for some destinations and for small orders, priority post may be the only option that is offered because the costs to us of using an express courier would be too high.
	For certain offers and promotions, INEDITA reserves the right to use an express courier – at no additional cost to the customer – regardless of the customer’s choice of delivery method. This will be at INEDITA’s discretion and will have no bearing on the delivery of future purchases.
		NB: before sending your order, check that the delivery address is correct. In the event of our having to redirect an order as the result of receiving an incorrect address, additional delivery costs will be charged.

	Customs duty and taxes for destinations outside the European Union	Some governments impose duties and/or import taxes on deliveries made from foreign countries. Such costs (when they exist) are charged by the government of the country concerned. INEDITA has no control over them. The customer is therefore responsible for paying all the duties and/or customs charges imposed by the government of the country to which the goods are sent.
		We would also like to remind you that, by law, INEDITA must indicate the precise monetary value of all the goods it sends outside the European Union.
